29-year old Latiesha Leshea Parsons of Taylorsville was arrested on Sunday, July 3rd by Taylorsville Police and charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $10,000.
