Brittany Leigh Ann Burks, age 35, of Galaxie DR, Taylorsville, is being held in Alexander County custody. She was arrested on February 12th and served warrants on multiple counts of failure to appear. The original charges include felony probation violation, felony assault with physical injury, felony possession of a weapon by a prisoner and resisting arrest. Burks remains in custody.
