Hiddenite Woman Returned To Jail

Samantha Nicole Freeman, 34 of Hidenite, was returned to custody on Sunday, July 20th by Alexander County Probation and Parole Officers. She is charged with three-counts of felony probation violation. She remains in jail under a secured bond of $45,000.

Freeman was also charged with violating terms of her probation in June. She was placed on probation in 2023 after serving a six- month term in prison for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. She is also serving a suspended sentence dating to 2024 from Wilkes County for possession of schedule II controlled substance.
