Jessica Roseanne Tysinger, 36, Safe Haven LN, Taylorsville, is being held in in the Alexander County Detention Center. She was arrested on Wednesday after being served a failure to appear warrant. The original charge dates to March 2nd, when she was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. The incident report indicates the suspect used a knife. Tysinger is being held under a $3.000 secured bond.
