Jatana Leigh Hamby, age 47 of Taylorsville, was placed in custody on Monday. She was served warrants for failure to appear on charges of probation violation. Hamby remains in the Alexander County Detention Center as of earlier today with a secured bond set at $10,000. Her next scheduled court date is October 14th.
