36-year-old Terri Michelle Pitts, Rhodes ParK LN., Taylorsville, was arrested on Sunday. Taylorsville Police charged her with shoplifting-concealment of goods and injury to personal property. Due to previous charges pending, Pitts is being held without bond pending a court appearance.
