Taylorsville Woman Jailed On Catawba County Warrants

A Taylorsville woman was arrested on Wednesday after being served Catawba County warrants.

Phillisa Theanne Propst, age 44, was taken into custody by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. The warrants were for a true bill of indictment and three failure to appear counts dating back to 2023 in Catawba County. Charges include driving with license revoked and shoplifting. As of earlier today, Propst remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond set at $15,000.
