Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 36-year old Angel Rashell Hidebran of Taylorsville on Friday, August 4th and charged her with misuse of the 911 system. She remains in the custody of the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond set at $3,000. Her court appearance is scheduled for August 28th .
