31-year old Courtney Ashton Joyner of Taylorsville was arrested on Sunday by Alexander County Deputies and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. She was also charged with driving with license revoked, failure to secure a passenger under the age of 16 and child abuse. Joyner is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $20,000.
