Barbara Joyce Ashworth
36-year old Barbara Joyce Ashworth was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ashworth was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000.
A previous charge of felony possession of schedule I controlled substance is awaiting trial in Alexander County. That case is scheduled for court on November 6th in Taylorsville.
