Whittany Renaye Bennett, age 35 of Taylorsville, was arrested Tuesday morning. She was served warrants for failure to appear. Bennett missed court on charges dating back to May when Taylorsville Police charged her with felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, felony possession of controlled substance on jail property and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court on Monday, June 24th.
