Samantha Marie Vono, age 31 of Pop Davis Road in Taylorsville, was arrested Saturday morning by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. Vono was charged with possession with intent to manufacure/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance. She was also served with an arrest warrant for failure to appear on a charge of felony trafficking in methamphetamine. Vono was detained in the Catawba County Jail with a secured bond of $25,000. She is scheduled to appear in Catawba County District Court on Monday, September 27th.
