Dwona Mecimore Hernandez, age 47 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Wednesday by Taylorsville Police. She’s been charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Hernandez has been released under a secured bond of $7,500 with a court appearance scheduled for Monday, April 17th in Alexander County District Court.
