34-year old Crystal Dawn Cruz of Taylorsville was taken into custody on Saturday by Taylorsville Police. She was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule III, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, larceny, and shoplifting/concealment of goods. Cruz has been released with a secured bond of $2,500. She was scheduled to make an initial court appearance on Monday in Alexander County District Court.
