Taylorsville Woman Facing Charges

September 8, 2025 By Richard C. Gilbert

Miranda Warren

On Sunday, September 7, an Officer with the Taylorsville Police Department obtained warrants for Miranda Warren of Taylorsville for allowing a firearm to be in the possession of a convicted felon.

During the investigation, Warren made multiple statements and later posted a comment on social media admitting the firearm belonged to her and that she had placed it in a vehicle she knew would be operated by Tremayne Darrius Trevon Brown. Brown’s arrest was reported by B86 News on Sunday.

Warren was served with the warrants on Sunday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She was charged with the following offenses:

• Felony Aid and Abet Possession of a Firearm by a Felon

• Misdemeanor Obstructing an Investigation

Warren received a $5,000 bond and is scheduled for a first appearance on September 8, 2025, in Taylorsville.

The Taylorsville Police Department appreciates the assistance of the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office in this case.
