Taylorsville Woman Detained On Drug Charge This Morning

A woman was arrested on drug charges just after midnight by Taylorsville Police.

Abigail Jeanette Dixon, 26, of Arthur Jenkins LN, Taylorsville, is charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. As of this report, Dixon remains in the Alexander County Detention Center. She is held without bond due to previous charges including assaulting a detention officer with physical injury in 2025.
