Charlissa Noel Morgan, age 34 of Taylorsville, was apprehended on Wednesday, June 26th by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with probation violation and failure to appear on a charge of violating school attendance law. She has been released from custody under a bond of $5,000. Court appearances are schedule for July 15th and 22nd.
