Taylorsville Woman Detained

Cassandra Ann Barrera, age 26 of Taylorsville, was placed in custody on Saturday in Alexander County. She faces multiple counts of violating terms of her probation on charges in Iredell County. She is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $180,000.

As reported earlier, Barrera was arrested on April 5th by Taylorsville Police and served a warrant for probation violation in Iredell County.

A June 5th court date is scheduled.
