23-year old Ashlynn Alexandra Propst of Taylorsville was placed in custody on Monday after failing to make court appearances. She failed to appear on charges that include hit and run with property damage and failure to report an accident. Propst has been released under a bond of $5,000 with a new court scheduled for February 12th.
