Tracie Michelle Shoemaker, age 39 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Wednesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with harboring a fugitive. She has been released with a bond of $5,000. Shoemaker has a court appearance scheduled for December 20th.
