Taylorsville Woman Charged With Assaulting Government Official

A Taylorsville woman is facing charges following her arrest Friday evening.

Sarah Noel Davis, age 39, is charged with second-degree trespass, assault on a government official and resisting arrest. She is being held as of earlier this morning in the Alexander County Detention Center under a $2,000 bond.

Davis also has a pending charge of second-degree trespass in Wilkes County
