A Taylorsville woman was arrested this morning. 41-year old Sara Kathleen Foster was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with license revoked by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. As of earlier today, Foster remained in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond set at $1,000. A court date is scheduled for August 7th.
