Kylie Sheree Bumgarner, 44, of Adams Pond LN in Taylorsville, was arrested overnight by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She’s charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bumgarner is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000.
