Courtney Leigh-Ellen Canipe, age 31 of Taylorsville, was arrested this morning by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and placed in the Alexander County Detention Center. Canipe was charged with failure to appear and resisting arrest. A secured bond of $2,000 was set.
