24-year-old Melinda Kay Lucas of Taylorsville was arrested Sunday by Hickory Police on a charge of second degree trespass. She also is facing a charge of criminal contempt by the the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. Lucas was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a bond of $1,000.
