Kendell Lynn Hill, age 27 of Taylorsville, was given active prison time during an Alexander County Superior Court appearance on Monday. Hill was found guilty of felony probation violation and sentenced to serve 5 to 15 months in state prison. She was on probation after being convicted in January for felony possession of schedule II control substance for which she was given a 24 month suspended sentence.
