Taylorsville Police Nab Woman Again

Taylorsville Police responded to the local WalMart on Tuesday and arrested Seneca Dempsey, age 40 of Taylorsville. She was charged with second-degree trespass, shoplifting/concealment of goods, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dempsey was taken to the Alexander County Detention Center and was found to be in possession of a controlled substance on jail premises. She remains in custody without bond. Monday, June 3rd is the date scheduled for Alexander County District Court.

Dempsey was arrested in April by Taylorsville Police on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of schedule II controlled substance. Those charges are also pending.
