Taylorsville Police Officers arrested 25 year old Kenneth Lee Bollinger of Taylorsville on November 22nd on felony attempted breaking and entering a motor vehicle charges. Police received a call to a location on 5th Avenue SW regarding a suspicious person. When an officer arrived he witnessed Bollinger attempting to break into a vehicle. Bollinger was also charged with resisting/delaying/obstructing an officer. Bollinger was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $3,500. A court date of December 17th is set for Bollinger.
