Taylorsville Police Make Early-Morning Drug Arrest

Tuesday morning at approximately 2:20 am, Officers with the Taylorsville Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a SUV after determining that the registered owner had a suspended driver’s license. During the course of the stop, a search of the vehicle was conducted, resulting in the discovery of MDMA (ecstasy).

The driver, identified as 43-year-old Natasha Natica Phillips of Hiddenite, was arrested and charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance. She is currently being held on a $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 28, 2025, in Taylorsville.
