A teen has been charged in Alexander County. 18-year-old Gretchen Leeann Minton, Millersville Rd., Taylorsville, was charged by Taylorsville Police with disorderly conduct on school premises. According to the arrest report, Minton while at an event at the Alexander Central Auditorium. She was cited for shouting profanity while her breasts were exposed. As of earlier today, Minton remained in custody.
