A teen has been charged with disrupting the graduation ceremony at Alexander Central High School on Friday. 18-year-old Gretchen Leeann Minton, Millersville Rd., Taylorsville, was charged by Taylorsville Police with disorderly conduct on school premises. According to the arrest report, Minton allegedly entered the ceremony shouting profanity while her breasts were exposed. As of earlier today, Minton remained in custody.
