Taylorsville Police Charge Suspect

Taylorsville Police Officers arrested a local man on Friday, July 12th. 49-year old Michael Orlando Linebarger of Taylorsville is charged with larceny, shoplifting by concealment and resisting a public officer. He was also served a warrant for false imprisonment. As of earlier today, Linebarger remained in the Alexander County Detention Center under a bond set at $5,000.

An unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge is also pending.
