Taylorsville Police arrested 27-year old Dustin Shane Jenkins Friday morning and charged him with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Jenkins is listed as homeless. He remains as of this morning in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,000. A Monday, August 29th court appearance is scheduled.
