Randy Crayton Kale, age 44,(no address given) was arrested Monday by Taylorsville Police. He was charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor larceny. Kale was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center and later released under a bond of $5,000. A November 29th court date is scheduled.
