Officers with the Taylorsville Police Department arrested 49-year old Marty Joe Gordon of Taylorsville on Tuesday and charged him with common law robbery. He was taken into custody shortly after midnight and placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $4,500. Gordon is scheduled to appear in court on November 15th.
