Taylorsville Police Officers arrested a man on Sunday, November 3rd and charged him with burning personal property. 61-year old Danny Ray Horn of Taylorsville was also charged with resisting arrest. As of earlier today, Horn remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000.
