Dewayne Lee Howard, age 44, of Taylorsville, was arrested on Tuesday by the Taylorsville Police Department. He’s charged with second-degree trespass, larceny and resisting a public officer. As of this report, Howard remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000.
