Esteban J Cabrera
Taylorsville Police Officers arrested 18-year old Esteban Cabrera shortly before midnight on Thursday. The arrest came after a vehicle pursuit. Cabrera was clocked exceeding the posted speed limit on US Highway 64. Taylorsville Officers pursued with blue lights and siren activated. The driver of the suspect vehicle had switched-off the headlights. The chase ended after several miles when the suspect pulled over. Cabrera was taken into custody and charged with felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $25,000.
