Taylorsville Police arrested a Hickory woman on Friday, August 30th and charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia. Amanda Lynn Payne, age 41 has been released from custody. She is awaiting trial in Catawba County for 13 counts of felony financial card theft and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance. Payne is scheduled for Catawba County Superior Court on September 16th.
