Kristy Diane Hughes, age 46 of Conover, was arrested Friday by Taylorsville Police and charged with larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hughes was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $2,500. A court date for September 28th is set.
