Nicole Annette Dotson
On Wednesday, 29-year-old Nicole Annette Dotson of State Road, was charged with
Felony uttering a forged instrument (3 counts)
Felony obtaining property by false pretense (3 counts)
Larceny (3 counts)
Dotson is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. The suspect haas multiple convictions as well as pending charges. She is awaiting trial in Surry County for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance on jail premises. She was indicted by a grand jury in December, 2025.
