Taylorsville Police Officers arrested Hector Ramirez, age 47, no address given, early Friday morning. He was taken into custody after a brief pursuit and charged with driving while impaired, driving with license revoked, failure to heed blue light and siren, reckless driving to endanger and several other traffic-related offenses. Ramirez has been released and is scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court on August 19th.
