Taylorsville Police arrested 38-year old Daniel Ray Burgess of Taylorsville on Monday, October 5th after finding the subject passed-out in the parking lot of a local business. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule III controlled substance, possession of schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burgess was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with an undisclosed bond.
