A Burke County woman has been arrested by Taylorsville Police. Christina Nichole Brown, 40, of Morganton was placed in custody on Wednesday. She is charged with three counts of felony obtaining property by false pretense and a charge of misdemeanor larceny. Brown has been placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a bond of $15,000.
