Moelic Shiquan Lowrance
27-year-old Moelic Shiquan Lowrance has been returned to Alexander County and is being held under a $100,00 secured bond in the county detention center. He is charged with felony violation of his registered sex-offender status by failing to notify law enforcement of an address change and felony probation violation.
Lowrance has a previous 2017 Catawba County conviction for indecent liberties with a minor. The victim was reported to be 3-years of age. He served 14 months in prison.
A first court appearance is scheduled for Monday, July 14th in Taylorsville.
