Elliott Ray Adkins, 45, of Park LN, Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Wednesday by Probation and Parole Officers in Catawba County. He was charged with felony probation violation. Adkins was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a bond set for $2,000.
