Taylorsville Man Serving Suspended Sentence Arrested Again

Jason Colton Hubbard, age 35 of Taylorsville, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday around 3:30am. He’s charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/sell and deliver schedule II control substance, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Following his arrest, Hubbard was placed in the Alexander County Jail. He since has been released under a secured bond of $15,000. A court appearance is scheduled for Monday, June 2nd.

Hubbard has a pending charge of shoplifting and larceny pending in Alexander County and is serving a 36 month suspended sentence for felony drug offenses.
