Kristofer Dale Williams
Williams was ordered to serve 120 days by a judge on Monday in Alexander County District Court for probation violation, felony obtaining property by false pretense and larceny. Williams still has charges pending in Catawba County for identity theft, resisting a public officer, two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor probation violation, possession of stolen goods, and a traffic violation.
