Taylorsville Man Returned To Jail

On Wednesday, James Edward Cook, 33 of Taylorsville, was placed in custody for violating terms of his pre-trial release. In March, Cook was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released on bond but now is back in jail with bond set at $50,000.

Cook has a long list of previous convictions that include felony breaking and entering, felony larceny and possessing stolen goods.
