Taylorsville Man Remains In Jail With Large Bond

An Alexander County man remains in custody with a large bond.

On May 11th, 37-year-old Jody Wayne Coleman, Cedar Woods Rd., Taylorsville, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with assault on a female, crime of domestic violence and injury to personal property. Following a court appearance, the judge issued a bond of $250,000 in view of Coleman’s previous charges and convictions. The next listed court appearance is scheduled for June 15th.
