Taylorsville Man Nabbed For Violating Registered Sex-Offender Status

68-year-old Richard Eugene Stikeleather of Taylorsville was apprehended on Thursday evening and charged with failure to notify law enforcement of address change as a registered sex-offender. He’s being held in the Alexander County Jail with a bond listed at $75,000.

Stikeleather was convicted in 2011 of indecent liberties with a minor in Catawba County.
